Maritime Delivery was founded by Nordic Crew Worldwide, S.L. with one goal: to give maritime professionals the freedom they have always deserved. Choosing your own assignments, building a reputation that follows you from ship to ship, getting paid fairly and on time — and never feeling alone out there. That is what we are working towards, every single day.

For agencies and vessel owners, that means access to all crew types — delivery skippers, officers, engineers, deckhands, charter crew — in one place, with certifications already verified so you never have to chase paperwork. For crew, it means a professional platform that represents what you actually do: skilled, independent maritime work.

Just as important, we are building a crew community: a place where seafarers share port tips, warn each other, celebrate each other and help the next generation find their way.
